Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional company and phone details, selected service, project description, budget and timeline preferences, NDA preference, privacy consent and an optional requirements document. Do not submit passwords, payment card information, identity documents or sensitive personal information. If you request an NDA first, attachments are disabled; send only a non-confidential introduction until an NDA is agreed.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, understand and scope a potential project, and maintain a record of the discussion. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list through this form. A separate agreement governs any project we undertake.
Hosting and email providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, the enquiry database and private document storage. Its email service sends a limited notification to our GoDaddy/Titan business mailbox. Notifications contain an enquiry reference, selected service, NDA preference and attachment availability; they do not include your project description or document. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. Authorised operators retrieve enquiry details and files through protected access. These providers may process data outside India according to their service arrangements.
Cookies and security records
The website uses short-lived essential cookies for form security and submission confirmation. It does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Abuse prevention stores a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for a 15-minute rate-limit window. Cloudflare may process request and network information to operate and protect the service. We use HTTPS, private storage and authenticated document access; no service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Website enquiry records and uploaded documents are automatically removed after 180 days. Business correspondence and agreed project records are handled separately when necessary for the relationship or applicable obligations. Provider-managed recovery copies may persist for their normal recovery period. You can request earlier deletion or withdraw your consent for future enquiry processing by emailing us. We may need to verify your request without collecting unnecessary information.
